Re: 2017 National Signing Day
Personally, I don't think there will be any surprises, unless it's a decommit (but I don't foresee that either). It's a pretty large class that fills a lot of needs as is. Also, I think we got pretty accurate reports of who visited campus. It's pretty amazing to think that (so far) 100% of the recruits who came on official visits committed.lutecat wrote:Do you think we know who everyone is? Or will there be a surprise?
All that said, you never know with recruiting.

Re: 2017 National Signing Day
Nothing is guaranteed until they sign on the dotted line but I think we know them all. Willie Patterson is waiting to announce tomorrow but all signs point to him committing during last weekend's visit. I expect 24 verbals to sign tomorrow and then getting an answer on what Edward Vander's status is. Right now he is taking one more class before he can officially transfer to MSU after the spring. But he may still sign his LOI tomorrow.lutecat wrote:Do you think we know who everyone is? Or will there be a surprise?

This is what I was kind of figuring that. In this day and age of Twitter, its hard to not know everyone when they are tweeting their verbal.VimSince03 wrote:Nothing is guaranteed until they sign on the dotted line but I think we know them all. Tomorrow is the one day of the year where the fax machine is relevant.

Much appreciated!!VimSince03 wrote:We are only a day and a half out from February 1st and I decided to start a signing day thread. I will post all of the commits as their NLOI's come rolling through the fax machine. Coaches will likely post to twitter each time one comes in so I will simply just copy and paste. I know most of you don't have twitter so I'll make it a one stop shop for ya!

Unfortunately none named Petrino, but instead a highly touted Garrett Marino....91catAlum wrote:While visions of surprise 4 star recruits danced in their heads.TomCat88 wrote:The message board nerds were nestled all snug in their beds,91catAlum wrote:"shall I sign with the Cats, or those loser Teddy bears?"BleedingBLue wrote:The NLOs on recruits tables, "sign here or sign there?"VimSince03 wrote:Not a creature was stirring, not even Bob Hauck.91catAlum wrote:'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house...

"And momma in her kerchief and I in my cap..."
So you were supposed to have line that went something like that,
But you didn't and now this whole thing's gone to crap.
