New Commit?
Sorry to interrupt the pissing match going on in the Daum thread, but Pitre and Alexander just tweeted this:

I tried using my twitter stalking skills, but it appears my twitter game is weak. Where the heck is Vim?

Re: New Commit?
Is there a reason they can't just say who it is? I heard we have been looking at a couple DB's. Will see if my sources are correct.

Re: New Commit?
Sometimes when our media and/or insiders are this quiet it can mean they have been told to keep quiet until the deal is finalized. Otherwise they respond with an "I'm on it....." type response. I can understand why sometimes you try to limit the firestorm until the paperwork and other details have been finalized.
With that said, Alexander hashtag-ing a BOOM is really cool. Another solid contributor in the secondary would be huge.

Re: New Commit?
I was told the coaches got in trouble for tweeting boom!! Because of the noise shed that tweet was actually louder than the cannon we use for our touchdowns and people around Bozeman were complaining. Haha!! Okay, for real though who is this player they are talking about?

Re: New Commit?
I got the scoop, the recruit was in Kalispell over the weekend. I talked with his parents, nice people. His name is Ronnie Lott and he'll play safety.

Re: New Commit?
Better check his eligibility, but at 50+ years old he would be msu's best db ...asstastic wrote:I got the scoop, the recruit was in Kalispell over the weekend. I talked with his parents, nice people. His name is Ronnie Lott and he'll play safety.

Re: New Commit?
Per Vim's tweet in the Travis Yates thread this is most likely a transfer. My guess is a secondary player since it was initially BOOM'd by Alexander. We must find this person!!

I don't know, but this is what Vim posted on the other thread.
Did some asking around. The coaches only put out the infamous "boom" when it is referring to a new commitment. So the boom back on 6/17 that we haven't been able to find is in fact a new player for the 2016 class and it isn't Walker. He was indeed the 6/27 "boom."
