Chase Benson 2.0 - just a big kid who disrupts the line of scrimmage

My other favorite tapes so far are Keaton Anderson, Brayden Deming, and Luke Gonsioroski. There are definitely some safeties in this class with the speed to play at the next level. Will add more to this list later today.

Is Hashley related to Doug Hashley the Bobcat BB player?

One would imagine that with Schilling coaching at UM now, that Gonsioroski would be a major Griz lean.

Depends on where they want to recruit him, but yes you would think Shann has some push there.

I was wondering about this too. I did a little research and it looks like Jaxen is his son.

Yes, and Jaxen looks just like his dad.

I think Gilman is the gem of this class. He is a stud. I don't think there is a position on the field he couldn't play, including QB. Will be interesting to see if he stays in-state.

Hashley is a really good athlete, but I heard he has had some injury issues. Not sure if they were serious or not. I assume the Cats would have the inside track on him.

Mitch Roberts, QB out of Missoula Sentinel is a really good athlete (Ben Roberts and Olivia Roberts are his siblings). Probably not a college QB, but a very good athlete. Still growing.

Jaxen is still growing and that is something to pay attention to. He hasn't quite caught up to his body yet. So a mix of injuries and growth. Problem is if he gets too tall, might have to play basketball instead!

Hashley tore up his knee during the football season.

Yeah I don't know why I said it wasn't injuries. I guess what I was trying to say was that it didn't help that he grew so fast in the past two years. His knees were going to be vulnerable. All I here is that he will make a full recovery. But Bobcats only take injured players so...

Don't forget that we only get NAIA talent. I'm sure the griz won't even offer him. :coffee:

You gotta earn the right to run out of the tunnel....if you're from Montana.

I should donate my wages to walk out of there during a practice some day.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

I hope your wages can cover a 1000 flags because that's a stipulation. Man I hope Bernie or Hillary wins, that way flags will be cheap.

If your left, you aren’t right.

2017 will have a lot more speed than 2016

The first step is admitting you have a problem.

Help is on the way.
