If there is more than one assistant retained, one should be DePrado. He is a good teacher and has fire in his belly.

Excellent choice! He had his own room to take care of and did a good job. Seems to be a good player's coach that keeps close touch with his guys. I doubt that he would have been a part of any internal strife.

I don't know whether or not he is head coach material. But with a few exceptions he was arguably the most successful teams coordinator. His special teams indicate he was an outstanding addition. I hope he stays on whomever is hired.

yeah... it really is a head scratcher??? Especially now that Cruzado is in charge, she seems really smart, and has done so many great things... it is weird that she hasn't seen the need to send Fields packing, the guy is terrible.

I enjoyed them Friday and Saturday nights and we actually got back to the hotel by midnight both nights. Getting old is so fun. At 8 on Saturday night a few buddies and I were wondering why it felt like it was already midnight.
