Wow, Johnny Nansen is an intriguing candidate! Has ties to MSU, spent 4 years as recruiting coordinator at UW (while also a position coach) and 2 years as assistant HC at USC under Sarkisian.
I think i have a favorite...
Didn't UW have something like 4 first round NFL defensive picks last spring? I believe he would have been the recruiting coordinator for them. Very intriguing indeed!
They had 3, one each from the DL, LBs, and secondary.
Yes, nothing against Cramsey or Choate both of whom i like, but Nansen is the first candidate that is exciting to me!

Colter, did you and Stitt hug it out after his presser? He was obviously pretty ticked off about the tweets coming out about some of the Griz players being cut. I don't want to assume too much, but my guess is they were directed toward you a bit as he referenced using the term "sources" so loosely and then also deleting it but the damage is already done.
Your reporting is top notch. As good as it gets IMO so this isn't a knock against you. You guys have a tough job to do and I respect it. Sometimes you have to fire off info from sources when you see fit. Seems Stitt feels this time was way to premature and unprofessional. Hope you guys figured it out.

I spoke with Dakota Prukop tonight. Here is an updated version of an earlier story with his quotes, including what it was like to tell Nick Saban no, what the whirlwind has been like and what he thinks of the legacy he leaves at Montana State.
Prukop will transfer to Oregon

And here is the full audio. Because he is in Hawaii, he set up a party call with a handful of different reporters from around the country
