Would be great to have Wyoming back on the roster. Don't remember the last one.

Re: Thin secondary strong influence in first spring scrimmag
So what these kids are doing now to get their name out there is following coaches on twitter. Now if the coach follows back usually that means there is legitimate interest or possibly an offer. For example, Theo follows Jody Owens on twitter and Jody also follows Theo (so I'm assuming we are looking at him at linebacker). This means there is interest between both parties. If any of you do Twitter, Coach Eck, Coach Cramsey, Coach Kempt, and Coach Owens all get follows from a ton of high school juniors. Now it doesn't mean that the coaches necessarily follow the kids back (like accepting a friend request on facebook).JDoub wrote:Hudl:[cat_bracket] wrote:3A West offensive POY.Hawks86 wrote:Theo Dawson(grandson of Ted Dawson) a RB/LB from Jackson Hole attended the scrimmage and was offered.

Since Coach Cramsey is one of our primary Montana recruiters, here is who he follows on twitter from Montana:
Derek Marks - DE - Belgrade, MT
Karl Tucker II - ATH - Great Falls, MT (CMR)
Andrew Grinde - RB - Great Falls, MT (CMR) ----> We will be fighting the Griz and the rest of the nation for Mr. Grinde.
Balue Chapman - DE/LB - Bozeman, MT
Chase Benson - DL - Helena, MT (Helena High)
Alec Nehring - TE/DE - Manhattan, MT
Jace Lewis - ATH/QB - Townsend, MT
Payton O'Reilly - LB - Bozeman, MT
Chase Barta - OL/DL - Manhattan, MT
All of these kids also follow Coach Cramsey back and some also follow Coach Kempt.

Re: Thin secondary strong influence in first spring scrimmag
If I were you I wouldn't look too far into that. Most of their coaches haven't really started the push on social media to follow every kid but by Fall nearly all of these kids will probably be followed by two or more UM coaches. This is why I'm not going to worry about the recruiting game until December 2015. It is great that we are getting early offers out to these kids but until the dust settles in January, absolutely nothing is certain with any of these kids. Derek Marks has given his verbal commitment already to the Cats but only time will tell if the commitment is still there come next year at signing day, especially since he is such an outstanding track athlete.allcat wrote:So who the Stitt is um following?VimSince03 wrote:So what these kids are doing now to get their name out there is following coaches on twitter.
