I don't know about the 2 kinds of coaches, but to me the other kind of coach is like here. When the program has success the assistants get more opportunities. Congrats to Mac, but like when you lose a recruit, "We probably didn't want him any ways" ( hopefully everyone realizes that was tongue in cheek).
