Re: 2015 Commitment List
Judging from this list we've caught the eye of everyone. Our offense recruits itself. As does Bozeman, the Gallatin valley and our great school.

You could also add Ben Folsom out of Dillon...committed 2 years ago and will be part of this class as he is getting back from his mission trip.

Sutton had 36 catches for 752 yards and 9 TDs. Played on a run heavy team 2:1 ratio run:pass. He had more than 1/3 of the receptions and nearly half the yards and half the TDs.

Re: 2015 Commitment List
He is a giant out on the field compared to everyone else. We should be able to redshirt him and turn him into a great one hopefully. There are some youtube videos of him at training camps..he shows great quickness and speed for how tall he is.[cat_bracket] wrote:Sutton had 36 catches for 752 yards and 9 TDs. Technically Sandland is already on the team. Been on the scout team for a majority of the year, so not sure if he's considered part of this recruiting class.Hawks86 wrote:and Beau SandlandBozcat003 wrote:You could also add Ben Folsom out of Dillon...committed 2 years ago and will be part of this class as he is getting back from his mission trip.

What's the word on the WR from out east? Is he still in the mix?Bozcat003 wrote:Technically Sandland is already on the team. He moved here for school but is not practicing with the team or a member of the athletic department in any way. If he can pull grades this fall, I imagine he'll try to join the team for winter conditioning or spring ball.

Also, wondering if Prevost is going to be joining the team this winter.Hawks86 wrote:From Colter.wbtfg wrote:What's the word on the WR from out east? Re: 2015 Commitment List
I've updated my table here. I'll have all the offers and film updated this afternoon.

To sort in order of verbal commitment, just click on the commitment tab and it will sort it for you.

Re: 2015 Commitment List
Colter can probably give you a better answer, but there's at least 11 full rides (or as close as MSU gives to full rides)vacated, including Coe. Probably four partials. One was getting nothing. Dash and Foster I'm not sure on. I'm also not sure on, like Dash, what was done with any of the scholarships that didn't get used due to pre-season injury, etc. as MSU may have redistributed some of those to players currently on board or they may have done some vacany savings.getrdonecat wrote:Any idea how many schollies we have to offer? Colter?
I can't give you an exact number, but based on that there's a good 13 conservatively. That equates to a class of about 20 players.
MSU - 15 team National Champions (most recent 2021); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

Re: 2015 Commitment List
Colter does an awesome job of tracking and updating recruiting offers and commitments. I started this topic for purely selfish reasons. The idea was to have a single page to get a quick and easy look at who has committed. Colter's 2015 Recruiting Tab has more depth and will track offers and commitments. This page will only get updated with new commitments. Just trying to keep it easy simple and easy to review.

I just saw on twitter this is the first time in 12 years Mac isn't recruiting the state of Montana. I wonder who is in state. Rider maybe?

Re: 2015 Commitment List
I wonder if Mac is concentrating on the mid-west. We are starting to pull a few more kids from there in recent years. States such as Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota. I am sure Rider is in charge of Montana, because I thought I read somewhere (probably Colter) that Rider "tagged" along with Mac last year.wbtfg wrote:I just saw on twitter this is the first time in 12 years Mac isn't recruiting the state of Montana. I would have no problem with the cats getting 3 or 4 more JP Flynn's....canyoncat wrote:I wonder if Mac is concentrating on the mid-west. Just a small snippet of what you get from Colter's articles.
