Weekly Prediction Thread: Week 12 CAT/griz

Post by coachouert » Mon Nov 17, 2014 3:22 pm

Short and to the point this week. This season has flown by and somehow we are already at CAT/griz. Both teams are fighting for a playoff spot and hopefully it will be a good game. After last week's nail biter against Idaho State, we have a new leader a the top of the boards...COACHOUERT. BOOM! BigBruceBaker is just one point out of first place right now so this week will be the eternal glory of being a Weekly Prediction Champion.

As always, go to http://bobcatnation.com/coachschallenge" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and submit your pick no later than one hour before kickoff. Once you have made your pick, come on back here and discuss. With it being CAT/griz week, the mods and I do ask that people try to be a little respectful. Good luck and as always GO CATS!

My prediction:
CATS: 34
griz: 28

As with the last two weeks and especially with this week, who the hell knows? It should be a fun one.

Got to be some sort of collusion or coding error. :coffee:

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

Trust me, the mods. especially rtb would not let me win this thing. I did go double check all my score inputs to make sure I was correct and as usual...I was. 8)

Looking at the standings, I find it amusing to note that not one, not two, but THREE different people have had the best prediction for one game and the worst prediction for another.

Your Montana State Fightin Bobcats - 37
them - 28

Note: I get to be on the sidelines for this one to watch the Cats close down the stadium for the season and ease Delany into retirement.

Funny how the first year I let Coach have full control and do the weekly updates on the contest scoring and suddenly he is in first place with one game to go... :-s :-^ :penalty: Have you ever even finished in the top 50 of this contest before coach?

38-24 Cats. Game ball: Offensive Line and I like a big day from one of the speedy young guys, Gates or Paige (if he's back) will have at least 1 long touchdown

Trust me, collusion is discussed every Saturday from me to Kevin, but all that talk would NEVER involve Coach Ouert. If there were a way to automatically have the system pop up a "I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul" message each time he tried to enter a score it would be done!

Now, someone beat him! Looks like I owe that joker some beer, or proabably a hard cider is his preference. Maybe even a Smirnoff Ice?
