Player of the game

Post by NewEra » Thu Oct 30, 2014 12:01 pm

Who has the BIG game this weekend? I am going with shawn johnson for 150 rushing 40-50 rec yards with a TD and possibly a punt or kick return.

On defense I think Singleton is going to make some noise against cal poly..13 tackles and a forced fumble.

I think one of the WRs will have a huge game. My guess is Herbert.

Offense: Herbert finding spots in their zone d to keep drives alive.

Defense: Rob Marshall - Big game helping out in the box shutting down the run.

Offense: Prukop

Defense: Sheridan (plugging holes) Keeton - he's such a good open field tackler. hopefully he can neutralize the pitch man

Tia, not only in receiving in the hole in middle of their zone D, but blocking for the run game and thereby opening up more passing.
I think Singlton and Moore have a big game on D stopping the vaunted option

and Daly goes about 80% touchbacks on a bunch of kickoffs.

This one is my guess as well. But maybe Brekke as special teams guy.

No offense to Daly but I hope not. We need touchdowns, not field goals. Now if he gets an award for kicking everything to the back of the end zone, then I'm all for it.

So a 40-50 yard winning field goal is not worthy of coming up big for special teams? Who said anything about not scoring touchdowns.. But glad you could find the time to critique a simple fun prediction..

Sorry it came across as critical. I just don't want it to come down to a 40-50 yard field goal. If we're elite, we knock their d--ks in the dirt!
