Re: Using Cal Poly as poster material
why would you ask that? Aren't there plenty of other threads that could be characterized as a bit juvenile also? So what. If it is all in fun who is it hurting? If it is beneath your high brow attitude perhaps you should just skip this type of thread or start your own sophisticated mature thread. It would seem to me that there should be plenty of room under the Bobcat Nation tent for everyone.MSUcantouchus wrote:Are we 12?

Nope. I'm 13.MSUcantouchus wrote:Are we 12?
Just tired of the same ol stuff. Trying something new.
If you don't like it, don't participate.
Just like all the other BS on here. I don't post on everything, just the threads I like.
Or is it because you don't understand the rules to this one msucantouchus? It is pretty elementary.
Although Limericks have a couple of rules as do haiku's, I figured this was self explanatory.

Ok I get that but trying to shame another poster by basically calling them a 12 year old is about as egriz as it gets too. the OP may not have had the greatest poster ever but IMO there was nothing smack or egrizzy about it. GO CATS! is what most everyone is trying to say in one way or another.

Seriously sick of the holier than thow attitude portrayed by some posters!
This is a fan/opinion board! I agree it should be heavy on the fan, lighter on the criticism of posters and players. Coaches are on their own. How about using the old adage "if you don't have something nice to say" or relevant (and I'm ad-libbing the rest) to add, go find another thread. Way to many people hiding behind the anonymity of a stage name and talking trash. I have my share of posts I regret, but this isn't one of them. Yes, I see the irony of posting a critical analysis of another's critical post. Sorry, guess I will go have a beer and try to do better next time.

There seems to be a cadre of people on here that can't get off of their high horse long enough to see what life is like for the rest of us nobodies. I like the idea merff - maybe it is only us simpletons who like good clean fun? Ignore the upper crust arrogance that is well on its way to being pervasive in this neck of the woods.

Call Daktastic
A game to be won
Listen carefully as
Prukop and the boys destroy the
Ordinary Mustangs playoff hopes and dreams
Leaving misery and despair in Cali-land
You only live once and then you lose to the Cats, on their way to the top.
