Bobcat License Plates

Post by blueandgoldblitz » Fri Oct 24, 2014 2:46 pm

I was wondering who of you have, or have seen, the most creative Bobcat License plates on cars around the state (or beyond). I have seen a blue Cadillac in Great Falls with the license plate Bobcady. Anybody have a better one? Or have seen a better one?

Just something that I thought would help break up the monotony of our bye week :)

When I played one of the coaches had FTG for his plates. This was well before the griz creatively invented "FTC".

Not necessarily a great plate but, my wife is a griz fan and I put cat plates on her new car a couple of months ago.

Took the photo in Great Falls, was on an SUV. Spoke to the woman driving it when I saw the truck again a few weeks later, said I loved that plate. She was like, oh god another crazy cat fan, "I 'll tell my husband" Good stuff =D^

I'd like to know what he told the DMV when he got the plates, since whenever I've gotten vanity plates they ask what they mean. :-k

My old Blazer had the plate MSUCATS and one day while in the local "minimart" getting gas an older guy walked up to me and asked if that was MONTANA STATE. He was a retired teacher/coach here in Ca and has played for the CATS in I think 50-51-52.....

Just curious LongTimeCatFan, how much is a personalized plate in Montana?

I honestly don't remember. It's been about 4 years since I got that plate.

Not sure of exact dates but from late 1995-1998, I had FTG on my blue Nissan Sentra in Bozeman. From 1998 to 2005 I had FTG on the vehicles I owned while living in Las Vegas.

I just paid about $120 for permanent plates for my motorhome with personalized bobcat plates.

Saw a guy in Bozeman with 2 custom plates. One car said "LVCATS" and the other said "H8GRIZ". I approved.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.
