That's just borderline cruel. Who calls the cops when they smell weed? Who field tests someone when they offer up that they drove across a parking lot? What a BS move by both. I've been to outdoor parties where people are smoking weed within sight and smell distance of police and they just look the other way. Gawd!!

It wasn't just the empty beer can in the console. It was also the 14 empty beer cans on the floor and the half empty bottle of whiskey on the passenger seat. The bag of weed on the dash didn't do you any favors either. Probably would have gotten away with it even then except you drew attention to yourself by shooting at bears while hiking.

I wish that was true because it certainly would have made more sense to get a ticket.

Naw, we were just sitting in the camper listening to the Griz game on the radio so I cracked a beer. Then a break in clouds came so my wife wanted to go to the falls, which is 1.5 miles away. So I took the beer with me as I helped her load the car and had it downed before we left. She drove. I left the can in the console. No other empties, never touched weed. They're just bored.
