The attendance for that one MSU game in 1984 was 7,000 plus, and back in those days I doubt that UM averaged even 5,000, so the average attendance for the two schools combined was probably somewhere in the range of 12,000 back then. Now the combined average is about 45,000....approximately 4 times what it was 30 years ago. Per John K. Agree that the plan should be "nicer" eg. when can we get rid of the "least" grandstands????????
