Well, good effort. Stupid penalties, bad defense, and a dumbass 2 pt conversion away from winning this game.

WOW...what a game! Great job Bobcats even though it was a bitter 1 point loss! Played hard, played well, should have won it.

Sucks we lost to the #2 team in the nation by 1 point. If we had kicked the field goal instead of gone for the two points? Good game and I see a lot of positives coming out of this game. I guess we are the same level as UW.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDGE. Sucks to be so close and miss it by 1 friggin point. On the positive side, we forced them to punt this year

, and this is just Prukop's 4th collegiate game...enough said. MSU is the real deal, haters are on notice. Where was Knight the second half??

Hey guys. Don't know what else to say but good game. We've lost a couple of these heart breakers the last couple of years so I know the feeling all too well. You guys have a great team this year and will challenge for the Big Sky, no doubt. Also appreciate the friendly banter on both boards the past week without the trolling that seems to come with internet Griz fans.

For the first time in many years, I place this on the coaching staff. Our kids deserved this game. We will get to play them later in the year.

For all the times I've seen posters criticize Ash for being conservative, it's hard to second guess the 2pt conversion attempt. We went for it on 4th down (multiple times), threw it on 3rd and goal when the announcers said "no way this ball goes in the air", and had an overall aggressive game plan. Damn good game Cats!! We just got beat by 1 by a VERY good team. But Prukop and co. Are only going to improve as the season goes.

That was a fantastic game. EWU and MSU both played their guts out. I just hope the Bobcats get another shot at EWU this year. Gotta get over this one and focus on next week. Thanks for being classy Ewuranger. You are a good poster.

I'd be curious to know why you said this. I can't think of a single decision I disagree with.

This is absolutely the least upset I have ever been after a Bobcat loss. Two great teams went at it and one made a hell of a gutsy play at the end to win it. Wouldn't be surprised if we see Eastern again later in the year, unfortunately it probably won't be in Bozeman. Go Bobcats! After this I wouldn't particularly want to be a UND Whioux player next Saturday...

The offense played the game I was hoping they would, score fast and score often. It's a real bummer they came up a little bit short, but life goes on. Hopefully, the team can put this behind them and identify areas for improvement.

Other than the 2 pt conversion I'd say it was a brilliantly called game. Kudos to Cramsey today.
