I thought I knew the answer to this but will I be able to watch this online at MSU's feed? Im not clear on that yet

Will the UND game be shown on the MSU feed?

Not sure if this is because of Cowles/SWX media but the tv and internet feed of the game today is awful. 4:3, 480 quality in 2014 is absolutely unacceptable. It's not like MSU got rid of their HD cameras (I sure hope). The tv feeds looked awesome in previous years on the NBC station. WTF happened?

If you had an HD stream, great. Every time I've tried in the past I remember it being in HD but I'm not sure. Either way, the feed I had today was a 4:3 standard def feed. That is what was on the television as well. When you see that at a bar next to any other game in HD, it looks bad.

Mine wasn't TV HD quality, but I guess I have a relatively low expectation level as I'm still just really happy that I can watch the games at all. My feed fit in an ipad screen, whatever that suggests....

The feed was ok and I could tell what was going on, however, I was slightly bummed that you couldn't appreciate the awesome throwbacks as well.

That said, I hope Root covers more and more games because their video quality is damn impressive.

This is partially my point. When the games were on the local NBC station, the quality was a great HD picture. Regardless of it being on Altitude, Root, or the local station video quality was never an issue. Now it all of a sudden is. What changed?

Logging in from my side of the world, I could not get into the MSU website as it said the "server was not responding". I watched via sling box which was great.

I never saw the option to watch on MSU's website, did I miss something? I watched on BSTV.

You need an out of State account to stream the games over the internet in Montana, not sure who thought of that idea?

Probably the TV station that's trying to make money to cover the costs of the production by selling ads. The ads don't appear on the streaming feed ... although you get some kind of funny "hot mic" comments from the announcers and guests during the commercial breaks.
