Excellent. Certain families have the genetics whether it's the Matthews, Mannings or Longs in football, they still possess each and every item on the list. Just as the parents established themselves in their sport, the kids watched the parents working out and grew up in that environment and assumed that's what everyone did to get to the NFL. Good article.

Except your genes don't have a code for athleticism, agility, etc...
You can have genes for height, frame, a certain predominance for fast twitch muscle fibers. Just food for thought. It's a fascinating topic.


Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.
