The Cat head is smaller than the original rendition, as I recall it went from the 37 to the 37- 40 to 40 is perfect. The logos will all be done by tomorrow. They shaved out the hash marks and yard lines this morning so they're ready to be glued in.

I agree with GK. That head is much smaller than the original. I still think this one is a little large for my tastes, but it certainly looks good compared to the orginal version I saw.

The NCAA has regs on how big the logo is and it can't obscure the hash marks among other things. 20 yards in length is plenty big. I'd like to see a pic of the whole field to get a feel for how big it is.

I'm not so sure about that. Clemson for example has a HUGE Tiger paw that goes from about the 42 to the 42. Also seen quite large logos at center field at Ohio State, Duke (they have a football team) and a few others.

I talked directly with someone at MSU who said after reviewing with the NCAA there is a rule that states the logo cannot cover the hash marks.

I cant find a picture that works to show this but the Clemson logo has the hash marks cut out into the logo, you can clearly see the hash marks all the way thru the logo, Im geussing that is ok.
