Only 10 teams in action this week with MSU, UC Davis and Sacramento State taking a break, but two heavy-hitters are on tap with EWU travelling to NAU and UM at Cal Poly.
Week 9
Portland State at Weber State: The Wildcats continue to slide as PSU continues to impress. Vikings 41, Wildcats 27.
Eastern Washington at Northern Arizona: The Jacks are always tough at home, especially against top contenders. They give EWU a scare. Eagles 24, Lumberjacks 17.
North Dakota at Southern Utah: The Thunderbirds just have that persona of good defense. The Sioux find out all about it. T-Birds 27, UND 7.
Idaho State at Northern Colorado: The Bengals have had some bite all year, but few breakthroughs. They have an opportunity on this day. Bengals 34, Bears 21.
Montana at Cal Poly: The Mustangs are a tough team to get a read on this summer due to massive injuries from last season and into the spring. Grizzlies 31, Poly 21.
BSC Standings:
.....Conf...All
EWU 5-0, 8-1
MSU 4-0, 7-1
UM 4-0, 6-2
PSU 4-1, 5-3
SAC 3-1, 6-2
Poly 3-2, 5-3
SUU 2-2, 3-6
NAU 1-3, 4-4
ISU 1-3, 3-5
UCD 0-4, 1-6
UND 0-4, 1-7
UNC 0-4, 1-7
WSU 0-4, 0-8
(There's been all kinds of news of transfers in and players leaving programs, probably more to come. So I reserve the right to amend these about a week before the season.)

Another reply-less thread...
I'm gonna switch the WSU-PSU game and give the WSU its first win. Sticking with the EWU score.

I'm 60-9 picking winners going into these games. That'd probaby make me about even in Vegas.TomCat88 wrote:Only 10 teams in action this week with MSU, UC Davis and Sacramento State taking a break, but two heavy-hitters are on tap with EWU travelling to NAU and UM at Cal Poly.

You've done a dang good job of picking the season so far. I'd agree with the Weber switch, they should win. I was surprised you didn't switch and give Poly a 3 point or slimmer win over the Griz and if EWU doesn't score more than 24 I'll be shocked. Adams or no Adams

Yes, that could easily happen. Should be a good game.Helcat72 wrote:I think UND might beat SUU.......
Some of comments from last summer a downright laughable now. The Southern Utah one especially.

Uff-da! That was a rough week. 2-3. Missed on Poly, PSU, and NAU. Scores weren't even close on the two I got right. Drops me to 62-12.
