West vs Helena should be a good one.

I think CMR vs Glacier will be a good match up as well.

After 2 games should start to see a litlle bit of who is who.

Yes, I would love to go to HHS/West tonight but I've got a fantasy football draft... dang it!

It should be a good one. Last year's game was won by West, 20-18. In Helena, in the playoffs.

Anybody have any insight on this game?

 Right, HHS lost to bozeman in the title game... not sure what I was thinking there...

How was the game last night? That score is alot higher than I expected to see, 42-35.

Another very good football game. Helena wins . i cansee these two battling it out in the playoffs. Helena looked good. West just made two many mistakes to beat a good team.

Glacier beat CMR on a touchdown with 5 seconds left.

Glacier converted 3 4th downs on the final drive.

CMR had three turnovers on interceptions and a couple of key penalties at bad times.

Overall it was a great game. Glacier throws the ball well, CMR runs the ball very well. I think both will be in the playoffs.

Bozeman lost to GFH 13-17 last Friday. The Hawks struggled containing the outside edge on the Bison who have some pretty good speed. Bozeman jumped out 13-0 right away in the game but continue to struggle with inconsistent play. There are moments of great play coupled with moments of average and below average.

Billings West next weekend away. Gotta get some things figured out before Friday.

Will Butte field a team this week if the strike continues?

CMR at Capital Friday night. Big Rivalry game. CMR did not play too bad against Glacier. One break here or there and they win. I think CMR will be a factor by the end of the season if their young kids mature quickly. There were times whare they had 8 underclassmen on the field on offense against Glacier. I fthey continue to improve they will be a force by the end of the year.

Yes. CMR will be in a tough spot if they drop another game. And going to Capital wont be easy.

Can someone explain this stat? 2 rushing attempts for 204 yds? 102 yds per carry? or were these two returns?

That is a mistake. Compton rushed for 204 yards on 20 carries. Now he is only averaging 10.2 per carry. 8)

Game of the week?

Im going with Butte vs Senior. Butte looked really good last week in a loss to West. Senior is my surprise team so far. These guys are putting up 50 points a game and thier D is looking good.

Butte will have a lot of pride and history riding into tonight's game as they play at their own Naranche Stadium for the first time in 38 years.

Butte was called for one penalty last weekend in Billings...watch the number of penalties called on Senior in Butte...Silver B's Night is darn tough to win for an opposing team for a whole lot of reasons.
