Northern Colorado gets to play two Bobcats this year and I don't think they will like either one. They play my Texas State Bobcats at Bobcat Stadium in San Marcos on September 16th.

Yeah, they definately have one of the toughest schedules in all of 1AA this year. No 1A teams, but no DII teams, no gimmies (easy 1AA's). I never count ANY conferece game as a gimmie.

Date Opponent
September 2 UC-Davis
September 9 at Portland State
September 16 at Texas State
September 23 Western Illinois
September 30 at Weber State
October 7 Idaho State
October 14 Eastern Washington
October 28 at Sacramento State
November 4 at Montana State
November 11 Montana
November 18 Northern Arizona

Considereing a schedule like this, their record last year, moving to a new conference, and the fact they have a new HC, getting close to .500 this year would be a major achievement, IMHO.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.
