Coach Durham and crew are up on the rebels 73-72 with under 3 to play!

Rebels hit a shot at the buzzer to win 83-81. Bet they weren’t planning on that when they saw a school from Billings Montana coming to town.

Would've been cool if MSUB got the win, but playing UNLV that close is still pretty cool.

Does anyone else think UNLV is really underrated in terms of being dislikeable and easy to root against?

I bet Bobby Hauck roots against them...

Yeah, but the fact that they hired him in the first place can be held against them.

I always thought it was a mistake for MSU to let Mick go. He had as much success as is reasonable for a Div. 1 program in Bozeman, as much as we all wish we could recapture the magic of 1929

Maybe he will replace Fish someday?

Durham at MSU: 246-213 (54%), 3 Big Sky regular season champs, 7-11 in Big Sky tourney, one Big Sky tourney champ
Fish at MSU: 50-75 (40%), highest Big Sky finish 5th, 0-3 in Big Sky tourney

preaching to the choir with me. our program has absolutely went in the gutter since we thought we'd do so much better without mick.

I would love to see Mick back at MSU. But I really do think Mick was a bit “burned out” his last few years at MSU and the break did him good. I think “letting him go” may have been a mutual decision.
