Uni up 24-21 at half. Seems a little high scoring for an Ndsu game.

EWU up 14-0 on SUU, still in the first quarter.

JMU up 12-10 on Elon, late 3rd quarter.

Gage Gubrud out with a leg injury against SUU.
He was limping around on the sideline last week about the end of the 3rd quarter. He is quite the talent. It will be interesting to see how the offense fares without him.
They have 391 yards at halftime. QB is 9-15-0 136 yards and two carries for 90 yards.

UNC closed the gap a bit but Davis prevails 49-36.

EWU coasts the whole 4th quarter to a 55-17 win over SUU.

So EWU is the only elite team in the BSC it seems. That Weber score surprises me.

SDSU 54 Indiana State 51 in OT

Craig Haley is wondering who this week's #2 team will be.

Maybe EWU?

ISU trucked UI 62-28. I know that ISU is legit this year, but still, UI has been pretty disappointing so far. Haven't they been a contender in the Sun Belt the last couple seasons? Did they just lose a lot from last year's team, or are their struggles an indication that there really isn't that much difference between the Sun Belt, which is probably the worst FBS conference in the nation, and the BSC, which is no better than the 3rd or 4th best FCS conference? Idaho is likely to finish lower in the BSC this season, than they finished in the Sun Belt the last two years. That's sorta adding insult to injury for them. Dropping down to play in a lower division, and actually doing worse than they did at the higher level. I bet most of their fans thought they were gonna come in and dominate the BSC this season...not so much.

Petrino is saying some players are playing hard and others are not. I take this to mean, he let everyone know he did not like being FCS and some players quit on him.

Some interesting games today. ISU at Davis, EWU vs. Weber defense, um at UND.
