Krakauer v. State of Montana

Post by blueandgoldblitz » Tue Mar 13, 2018 10:25 am

Very interesting read on the status of Krakauer's lawsuit against the BOR to see why Clayton Christian allowed Jordan Johnson to return to the University of Montana after he had been expelled. Updated in October saying that documents have been ordered to be turned over after a review. I'm very interested to see what's in those documents...

Interesting to note that in the ****** show in Moscow, ID.....
They determined that the offense happened off campus and no University Title IX requirement to investigate.

Sorry if this has been covered before but is an off campus frat house considered "Off campus"?

I would guess pretty much all of them in Moscow are on campus. They are right up against the college in what I would consider within the perimeter. Not like here where they are across the street or down the block. A third of their campus is in a Greek house. Here in bozeman it's like 5%.
