ok, just to keep this(my) thread going, where will pflugrad rank in the griz hierarchy of coaches IF he guides his boys to an 11-0, national championship season? or in other words, do what booby couldn't do.

i think this is extremely difficult assignment, and if he does it, i'll be floored(and impressed)

i would never count the griz out as i have done that too many times and in the end just get annoyed. so i'm not saying they CAN'T win it all. but it is far from a sure thing. i think the griz are going to continue to have a lot of success, but when all is said and done i think winning chippers is as easy as alpha makes it seem. on;y one coach wins it every year and i refuse to mean that all the other coaches suck. i will concede that bobby should have gotten at least one. but he's still a great coach. my prediction is the griz maintain success, lose more games under phlu than hauck, and don't win a chipper under his tenure. than maybe some will realize how difficult it is to do what hauck was able to do.

yes, i'm aware, as i'm sure most of griznation is as well, 14-1 does not guarantee a chipper.

so, if pflu wins an NC(at WHATEVER record), do you erase bobby ball from the memory banks? air-read?

If Pflu sticks around 4-5 years he will get one.

He needs a couple seasons to get his guys in the system and restock the bare cupboards but he looks like hes doing a heck of a job so far. We will see after 3 years how hes progressing.
